Due Diligence Letter of Advice (LoA)
A Due Diligence Letter of Advice (LoA) follows the Due Diligence Code of Practice for the Protection of Aboriginal Objects in NSW. The LoA includes the results of a desktop assessment (including searches of specific heritage databases) and, if necessary, the results of a site inspection. In the LoA, Everick Heritage will recommend whether the proposed works can proceed without further archaeological investigation or if further investigation is necessary, and if so, what type would be appropriate for the project.
